The mouldings are manufactured from acrylic cement and reinforcing fibre encasing a polystyrene inner core. The end result is a highly impact resistant light weight moulding with the look and feel of traditional cement. The mouldings can be painted with normal exterior paints, without special priming or preparing techniques.

A combination of reputable raw materials including Dulux Acratex and Rmax foam help create a rock hard external moulding.

The nature of the product insures that it is resistant to all elements of the weather as well as bird attacks. Some alternative mouldings are manufactured with minimal coating resulting in large birds causing damage with their beaks.

Standard products are manufactured in 3 meter lengths or with an option of 2.5 meter lengths. Specialty made products are welcomed from both the commercial and private sector.
